Pay an invoice Client portal

Ways to pay

Card

Instant

Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link work on supported phones and browsers.

The payment is confirmed straight away and your invoice is marked paid.

PayTo

Usually within a day

Pay straight from your Australian bank account and approve it in your banking app.

Your bank confirms it, usually within a day. Your invoice shows as paid once it does.

Bank transfer

Same or next business day

Our bank details are on every invoice. Please use the invoice number as the payment reference so we can match it.

We mark the invoice paid when the money arrives.

How it works

  1. Open your invoice

Use the secure link in your invoice email. No link handy? Use the Pay an invoice button above with your invoice number and the email address we send your invoices to.

  2. Choose how to pay

Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayTo on the invoice page, or transfer to the bank details shown on it.

  3. Get your receipt

You get a confirmation as soon as the payment lands, and the invoice shows as paid in your client portal.

Set and forget with automatic payment

Prefer not to think about renewals? Save a card, or a PayTo agreement with your Australian bank account, in the My Details tab of your client portal and we will pay each invoice for you on its due date. Saved card details are not stored by us. They are stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor. You still get the invoice and a receipt by email, and you can turn it off whenever you like.

Common questions

Is paying online secure?

Yes. Card and bank details are entered on a page run by Stripe, our payment processor. They never pass through our systems, and we never see or store your full card or account number. If you save a card or bank account for automatic payment, Stripe holds it securely on our behalf.

When do I get invoiced?

Renewal invoices are emailed about two weeks before the due date, so there is time to pay without a rush.

Where do I save my card details?

Sign in to the client portal and open the My Details tab. Your saved card details are not stored by us. They are stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor, and we never see your full card number.

What is automatic payment?

Save a card or a PayTo bank agreement once in the My Details tab of your client portal and each invoice is paid for you on its due date. If a payment fails we try again a few days later, and we email you each time. If it still cannot be taken we ask you to pay the invoice yourself. You can switch it off any time.

Will automatic payment charge me for invoices that are already overdue?

No. Only invoices that fall due after you turn it on are charged automatically.

I paid but my invoice still shows unpaid.

PayTo and bank transfers take a little while to arrive. If a card payment does not show within a few minutes, a PayTo payment within a day, or a transfer after two business days, email us with the invoice number and we will check.

I cannot find my invoice.

Check your spam folder for an email from Nitro IT, or use the Pay an invoice button at the top of this page. It needs your invoice number and the email address the invoices are sent to.

Need a hand?

Email info@nitro-it.com.au with your invoice number and we will sort it out. We reply within 48 hours, but generally the same day.
